A Little Bit About Us
The Trail View Inn is located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains.
We are right in the heart of the Village of Hunter,
one of New York's premier ski areas.
Our location, only half a mile from the ski slopes and
within walking distance to all downtown shops
and restaurants, makes us a perfect place for your vacation.
The Trail View Inn boasts one of the most picturesque
views of the ski slopes.
Excellent views can be enjoyed while sipping
a tea or hot chocolate from one of our three porches.
If you listen closely, you can hear the whirl of the snow machines
making fresh powder for the slopes.
The Trail View Inn has four unique and spacious rooms,
each with an electric fireplace.
A large, comfortable living room, a sitting area with
a corn stove and spacious formal dining room
will make you feel at home during your stay here.
The Trail View Inn is open year round.
Come skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer,
take in the fall foliage and enjoy the festivals
at the mountain year round.

Directions
We are only about two hours Northwest of New York City
and about an hour Southwest of Albany.
From the NY State Thruway, North:
Take Exit 20 - Saugerties, & Tannersville, Hunter.
Follow 32North toward Hunter. Follow 32A North,
a slight left at the fork in the road.
In Palenville take left on 23A West at the stoplight, toward Hunter.
We are located on 23A/Main Street in Hunter, ¼ mile after the entrance to
the Ski Resort, on the right immediately after the Elementary School.
From NY State Thruway, South:
Take Exit 21 - Windham. Follow 23 toward Windham.
Make a left onto Rt. 296.
Make a left onto 23A. We are located 1 mile up the road on the left,
before the elementary school.
By Bus: Take the Adironack Trailways Bus Lines,
leaving from New York City's Port Authority.
